Vouchers
Vouchers – Questions and answers
To activate a voucher, received from our shop, please sign up with your E-Mail address and your password. Then please enter the code of your voucher.
To charge your voucher, please select the check box “Gift Vouchers” during your order. Your voucher will be automatic deducted from your invoice.
Buying vouchers
Vouchers are ordered like normal items. As soon as you ordered a voucher and it is activated after your successful payment, the amount of your voucher appears in your shopping cart. Using the “Sending voucher” button, you can send your desired amount per E-Mail.
Sending vouchers
For sending a voucher you have to use the “Sending voucher” button in your shopping cart. For sending a voucher we need the following information:
First and family name of the recipient.
A valid E-Mail address of the recipient.
Your desired amount (you can also send a partial amount).
A short message to the recipient.
Please check your given information before sending them. Before sending you can change your given information at any time.
Shopping with vouchers
If you have an account with a voucher balance, you can use this balance to pay your order. During the order you have the possibility to use your voucher balance. If your balance is below the amount of your order, you have to choose also your favoured form of payment to pay the remaining amount. Is your voucher balance above the amount of your order, you retain the remaining balance for e. g. a new order.
Booking a voucher
When you received a voucher per E-Mail, you can book the amount as follows:
- Please follow the link stated in the E-Mail. If you do not have an own account, please create an new account.
- After you have put an item in your shopping cart, you can enter your voucher code.
