Ayurvedic spices blended with rooibos tea: that's our Rooi Chai Tea. Mild and without theine/caffeine, recommended for all ages and suitable also for the evening.
* Ingredients: rooibos tea, aniseed, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, cloves, fennel, cardamom.
* Preparation: 1 teaspoon per cup, 100°C water temperature, 5- 10 min. Steeping time. If you want add a dash of milk. Sweeten as needed with honey.
