Our Pai Mu Tan (engl. "white peony"): one of the most popular varieties of white tea and made according to ancient Chinese traditions - a tea of a very special kind. The leaf remains in its natural form (large leaves). A cup of Pai Mu Tan shows a pale yellow colour and is exceptionally fine in taste and fragrance.
* Preparation: 1 teaspoon per cup, 60-90°C hot water, 1-3min. Steeping time.
